 The best thing about pizza is that it can put you in a good mood automatically. It is an amazingly flexible meal that gives a thousand rooms for improvement, every new slice of pizza is always loved and every new flavored sauce will always improve the moment in your life

Pizza sauces are usually grouped into 4 main categories. we have the tomato based, cream or milk based, oil based and the specialty sauce.

Tomato-based sauce

The tomato based sauce are the red sauces, they are the classic type and the most common sauce used on pizzas. They have tomatoes as their basic ingredients which is then coupled with onions, garlic, olive oil and herbs.

Cream or milk based sauce

Cream based sauces are also called white sauce. They have also become very popular as pizza base because they give a change of taste from the classic tomato sauce taste. White sauces are also used alongside cheeses and many other ingredients to bring out its inviting taste.

Cream based sauces are always prepared with flour and butter as the thickener and milk is used as the bulk of the liquid. Bright flavored toppings such as chicken work best with white sauce.

Alfredo sauce

Alfredo sauce is made of cream and parmesan cheese. Though it is similar to the béchamel, ut does not contain milk.

The special sauce can come very close to the red tomato sauce. But they are used to match few pizza flavors such as the barbecue chicken pizza
